Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

  • All reservations must be made in advance through our website or authorized partners.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking via PayPal only.

  • No cash payments or payments upon arrival are accepted.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 10 days before the scheduled arrival are eligible for a 70% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • In the event of cancellation due to severe weather conditions or force majeure, we may offer a reschedule or full refund at our discretion.

3. Modifications

  • Requests to modify bookings must be sent via email at least 72 hours before arrival.

  • Modifications are subject to availability and approval.

4. Weather Conditions

  • All tours are subject to weather and sea conditions.

  • If the tour is canceled by us due to safety concerns, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

5. Conduct and Safety

  • Guests must follow crew instructions at all times.

  • We reserve the right to deny access to anyone displaying inappropriate or unsafe behavior.

6. Liability

  • We are not responsible for personal injuries or lost belongings during the tour.

  • We recommend that guests obtain travel insurance for coverage.

7. Children

  • Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult.

  • For safety reasons, children under 12 must wear life jackets provided on board.

8. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed on board unless expressly authorized in advance.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by Italian law.
